No Name Saint
And just like that...the weekend is over. I've realized how incredibly important it is to get out there and explore your surroundings, so I hope everyone had the opportunity to hang out, meet new people, and enjoy the life and the environment we've been given!
Now with exploring has to come a level of comfort. I know I've found myself looking at my clothing rack Saturday/Sunday mornings and despising the idea of having to put anything complicated on my body. Tights, a dress, a belt, and boots? Far too complicated for my weekend...maybe Monday.
That said, I've made it a point to start finding brands that help me take my simple weekend attire up a notch...
Meet, No Name Saint.
NNS is a Brooklyn based company that focuses on destroying (and I mean DESTROYING) vintage band tees, leather, and denim. I stumbled across their page on Instagram and knew I had to get my little rock and roll lovin' hands on some of their stuff. Being one of the world's biggest Elvis fans, (sidenote: went to Graceland a little while ago and almost wet myself out of excitement) I figured it only made sense to rock one of their "Taking Care of Business" tees.
Guys, I'm obsessed. So obsessed that I've been talking with Ryan (the kick ass owner of NNS) about getting some of their products out here to Nash + into your hands. I'm all about clothing that has a soul and theirs definitely does. The detail and creativity present in every piece blows my mind in the best of ways. If you're looking for a way to kick up your weekend jeans, let me direct you to the No Name Saint website.
I paired my tee with Hudson Black Skinny Jeans, a TopShop Leather Jacket, and Sam Edelman Booties. Super simple, super comfy, super 'it's Saturday morning, screw dressing up'. I can't wait to see what this company has in store...this isn't the last you'll be seeing of No Name Saint x Silk + Raven(;
For now, hoping everyone had a wonderful weekend full of good friends, good times + good clothes. All my love,
Morgan xoxo S+R
