Hello everyone! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that it's a three day weekend! Tomorrow is going to be filled with catching up on work, planning some exciting new projects, and getting ready for a month of travels and adventures. I don't know what happened to January...wasn't New Years just yesterday? This month is already moving at lightening speed and I can't wait to get down and sink my teeth into 2016!

The weather has been kind of funky here, mid 60s one day and 25 the next. It's been a battle to not only find outfits to stay warm, but also ways to stay on trend. This dress by BCBGMaxAzria has managed to accomplish both! It's no surprise that I'm crazy for leather, but at first I was apprehensive about the idea of an every day leather dress. I'm so glad I gave it a shot because it's become a sort of uniform these days. I've paired it with my Stuart Weitzman AllLegs today but have also worn it with tights + heels/booties, and on warmer days blacked out Roshes.

Don't be afraid to take a chance on a piece of clothing! Sometimes items that seem just out of your comfort zone end up becoming your go-tos. Stay warm through the rest of this wintery month!
