Smoking Gun

Happy Saturday, everyone! There's snow on the ground, icicles on my windowsill, and I couldn't be happier! Having been born and raised in Chicago, I live for these snowy days and am more than used to navigating in these conditions (which cannot be said for the hundreds of thousands of other Nashville residents). But before I grab my friends and go exploring, I wanted to share one of my favorite casual combos for the colder days!

To live in Nashville you pretty much HAVE to be a music fan. Although I'm a huge fan of almost any kind of music, classic rock n' roll has a special place in my heart and vintage Rock tees have become one of my favorite ways to add a little soul to what would otherwise be a boring outfit. I snagged this vintage tee from a local vintage depot but similar ones can be found on sites like like eBay and Amazon.

I paired my Guns N' Roses tee with a pair of pinstripe trousers from Gap, a fresh pair of Adidas kicks (which I've worn almost EVERYDAY, definitely one of my favorite pairs of sneakers right now), and a Burberry Jacket (sold out, find similar here). Mixing textures and playing with business casual pieces has become a huge trend this year. You can easily get the look by pulling on your comfiest trousers and pairing them with a slick pair of kicks like you see here!
